We meet every Second Sunday of the month in a open space ( away from conference room or a AC chamber) , there is no agenda and the topic of discussion is evolved while discussion. There is no hierarchy, no senior no junior, in the free atmosphere one can share views to contribute HR. Ultimately Net working to enhance Net worth is the basic objective. History repeats : Learn from it

ऐसा कहते हैं कि इतिहास दोहराता है क्योंकि हम इतिहास से कुछ सिखते नहीं है। एक बार कुछः वैज्ञानिको ने एक बड़ा ही दिलचस्प प्रयोग किया। उन्होंने पांच बंदरों को एक बड़े से पिजड़े में बंद कर दिया और बीचों -बीच एक सीढ़ी लगा दी जिसके ऊपर केले लटक रहे थे। जैसे ही एक बन्दर की नज़र केलों पर पड़ी वो उन्हें खाने के लिए दौड़ा , पर उसने कुछ सीढ़ियां चढ़ीं उस पर ठण्डे पानी की तेज धार डाल दी गयी और उसे उतर कर भागना पड़ा। एक बन्दर के किये गए की सजा बाकी बंदरों को भी मिलि और सभी को ठन्डे पानी से भिग न पड़ा । बेचारे सारे बन्दर हक्का-बक्का एक कोने में दुबक कर बैठ गए । पर वे कब तक बैठे रहते , कुछ समय बाद एक दूसरे बन्दर को केले खाने का मन किया , और वो उछलता कूदता सीढ़ी की तरफ दौड़ा …अभी उसने चढ़ना शुरू ही किया था कि पानी की तेज धार से उसे नीचे गिरा दिया गया … और इस बार भी इस बन्दर के गुस्ताखी की सजा बाकी बंदरों को भी दी गयी ।...

कॉर्पोरेट पोलिटिक्स

  हम  अक्सर बात करते है कि कंपनी मे बहुत पॉलिटिक्स हे, लोग बहुत गेम खेलते है, मजा नहीं आता…… पर सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि लोग ये कहा से सीखते है, कोई स्कूल मे या कॉलेज मे तो पढ़ाया नहीं जाता । फिर ये कहा से आता है? बहुत सोचा तब कही मै इस समस्या की नींव तक पहुच सका। एक बार शाम को घर पंहुचा। श्रीमती ने खाने के सुझाव मांगे औऱ मेरे हर सुझावो को एक या दुसरे कारण से नकार दिए गए। मैने कहा, आलू बना लो – कारण दिया आलू गैस करते हैं। मैने कहा भिन्डी बना लो- जवाब दिया अभी तो खाइ थी। औऱ अंत मे श्रीमति ने कहा बैगन कैसा रहेगा? मेरे पास कोई जवाब नहीं था बल्कि हाँ ही कहना था। श्रीमति हँसती हुई  डिनर बनाने चली गई। डिनर टेबल पर जब खाना आया, हमारी बेटी चिल्लाई, ” मम्मी ये क्या सब्जी बनाई है?
