Capgemini India ropes in IBM’s Anil Jalali as CHRO

    Anil Jalali, erstwhile executive director-HR, IBM India, has moved to Capgemini as head-HR for India operations. Jalali, who will be named chief human resource officer, Capgemini India, quit IBM in November, 2016. At IBM, he was heading HR for India and South Asia operations. Jalali’s predecessor, BL Narayan, has moved on to a business role — as head of solutions & sales support — for Capgemini’s Business Services strategic business unit. Capgemini employs more than 180,000 professionals across 40 countries, of which, 100,000 people are based out of India.
