The incumbent should be well versed with employee welfare related activities i.e. handling meetings of works committee, sexual harassment prevention committee, grivience handling committee, security committee, canteen committee , environment health & safety committee, risk assessment & emergency control committee etc. Candidate should be well versed in training & development part , handling baby crèche, medical & rest room, etc. along with good MS office knowledge i.e. Advance excel, good typing speed, ppt etc. Candidate should be preferably Well qualified in MSW, MBA (Personnel Management), M.A(Sociology) with working experience either as welfare officer or at any post of HR Department.
