We HR professionals usually find our self either in the AC chamber or conference hall to discuss or deliberate any issue in a formal atmosphere. With the NATURE in mind a thought came, why can’t we discuss HR issues in Open air in an informal atmosphere.

We had first HR @ Kitli on 13th May 2017 with 10 participant at Appna Adda, S G High way Nr. Manan motors Ahmedabad. Though it was at first looks very discouraging but ultimately when discussion took place for almost an hour, it was so encouraging, enlighten and with lots of participation, It was discuss and decided to continue this initiative every Second Sunday of the month from 8.00 am to 9.30 am.
We discussed why so thin number on Sunday morning? Interestingly the discussion on it went for almost an hour. Most of us lack commitment and interest in self-development. At times we are afraid to ask our senior for early reliving atleast for day as you need to go to HR Milestone meet up. Hence concluded HR need to speak up as and when needed.
Appreciating the contribution by the forum to HR Fraternity, IIMT – Ahmedabad approached and become Knowledge partner.
The second HR@ Kitli was organized on 11th June 2017 at Law Garden, Ahmedabad and more than 30 HR Professional participated.
Post introduction it was ask about the challenge HR has to face while working. There were various challenges figure out, Group thought of discussing on “cost Cutting.

Various HR leaders has shared their views and experiences on the topic. Lots of point came but mainly HR .
- HR has to take interest and active part in knowing business in detail…
- Should contribute to achieve business goal.
- Take initiative to suggest and act with business to save.
- Be a part of business and not the controlling authority.
