In my teams we are setting up more meetings via chat, or whatsapp. Productivity and creativity wins over defined AM to PM restricted boundaries.
Why we want to be time robots?
Trends have changed – teams are multitasking, focus is on task completion. Companies are not shops which open and close on time.
Business is Global.
Flexi-time will give more creativity, less stress, benefit to manage personal and professional life and will sure add to transparency in communication which shall result into less so called pre-planned ‘sick leaves’.
