On 20th August 201, HR@Kitli – 4 was organized.  With the growing size of HR@Kitli members we were around more than 50 HR professionals of Ahmedabad participated. The discussion started with a few anecdotes in form of story to set the context for today discussion. A driver of a martyr van shifting dead body for over 20 odd years got retired and started driving a car of some individual. While the car owner was seating at the back one day instructed this driver to go left putting his hand on the driver’s shoulder, the driver gets succumb with the touch of HUMAN after continuous service of long period. Bell Curve Explained!

          A bell curve, or more specifically, a Gaussian Distribution, is a symmetric curve that is pronounced in the middle, and tapered off at the edges (it really does look like a bell). As such, the middle portion under the curve contains more area than either of the ends. The Bell Curve appraisal system is better known as the Forced Ranking Appraisal Systems of a company’s employees. Emerald Club – Initiative of HR Milestone

On 22nd July, Saturday, Evening, 6 PM at  Novotel Hotel, SG Highway, Ahmedabad First meeting of Emerald Club was conducted . About 22 Members participated. Due to heavy rain and water logging, another 20 members who confirmed couldn’t make it. HR Milestone core committee members Haresh Chaturvedi, Shailesh Modi, Sanjay Dave and Neeraj Bhardwaj shared the journey of HR Milestone Forum , so far and expectations from the senior HR professionals. The need was felt in Ahmedabad to have Senior HR Professional’s network platform.  HR Milestone forum took the challenge and formed  Emerald Club where ONLY senior HR professionals will meet with fix agenda. Our Third HR @ Kitli was organized on 9th July 2017 at  roof top of Divya Bhaskar Press on S G Highway Ahmedabad. As it is a informal initiative, started with few of the selfies with friends and with expectation of  rain to enjoy hot Bhajiya and Dalwada by host. Ashwani Dahiya, Poonam Munshi & Neetu Wadhawan exit Cipla’s HR leadership team

  Dahiya was global chief talent officer & head of HR (corporate), Munshi was head of talent acquisition COE & employer branding and Wadhawan was head HR-international  business. We HR professionals usually find our self either in the AC chamber or conference hall to discuss or deliberate any issue in a formal atmosphere. With the NATURE in mind a thought came, why can’t we discuss HR issues in Open air in an informal atmosphere. “Mind is like a parachute – it works when open, but to get mind open we need space.” We had first HR @ Kitli on 13th May 2017 with 10 participant at Appna  Adda, S G High way Nr. Manan motors Ahmedabad. गिद्धों का एक झुण्ड खाने की तलाश में भटक रहा था

गिद्धों का एक झुण्ड खाने की तलाश में भटक रहा था ।उड़ते – उड़ते वे एक टापू पे पहुँच गए। वो जगह उनके लिए स्वर्ग के समान थी। हर तरफ खाने के लिए मेंढक, मछलियाँ और समुद्री जीव मौजूद थे और इससे भी बड़ी बात ये थी कि…वहां इन गिद्धों का शिकार करने वाला कोई जंगली जानवर नहीं था और वे बिना किसी भय के वहां रह सकते थे। युवा गिद्ध कुछ ज्यादा ही उत्साहित थे, उनमे से एक बोला,” वाह ! मजा आ गया, अब तो मैं यहाँ से कहीं नहीं जाने वाला, यहाँ तो बिना किसी मेहनत के ही हमें बैठे -बैठे खाने को मिल रहा है!” बाकी गिद्ध भी उसकी हाँ में हाँ मिला ख़ुशी से झूमने लगे। सबके दिन मौज -मस्ती में बीत रहे थे लेकिन झुण्ड का सबसे बूढ़ा गिद्ध इससे खुश नहीं था। एक दिन अपनी चिंता जाहिर करते हुए वो बोला, ” भाइयों, हम गिद्ध हैं, हमें हमारी ऊँची उड़ान और अचूक वार करने की ताकत के लिए जाना जाता है। पर जबसे हम यहाँ आये हैं हर कोई आराम तलब...
